UK Shipping Policy

Shipping Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. This will differ for custom items. Please check the lead times on the Eunoia Arc section of the website.

Shipping Rates

• Standard UK Shipping: £3.50 (Free on orders over £60)

• Large Delivery: £6.99 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Delivery Exceptions
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eunoia Haus cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries
If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

International Shipping
